There are several parts to this assignment.
1. Is to participate in the discussion on what makes a great website. You do that in the discussion area, and there is nothing to turn in here for that. (5 pts)
2. Using an FTP client, upload your website you created in Unit 2 to the class website (index.html and yurt.html). What you will do here is paste the URL for that website once you successfully upload it and test it out. I show you how in the video in the tutorial section (5 pts)
3. Also in this assignment you will turn in your answers to the focus on Web Design, page 95 from the book. (5 pts)
- Choose two sites that are similar in nature or have a similar target audience:
- Describe how the two sites that you chose to review exhibit the design principles of repetition, contrast, alignment, and proximity.
- Describe how the two sites that you chose to review exhibit web design best practices. How would you improve these sites? Recommend three improvements for each site.
To turn in number three, simply paste your answer into the text box of the assignment tool here. No need to attach a document.
