Unit 3 Content - Web Design Basics and Accessibility
Unit 3 - Web Design Basics and Accessibility
Now that you have some basic knowledge of web pages and who the web works, start to think about the websites you like to visit on a regular basis. What is it that you like about them besides the content? As you read through the book, pay attention to topics on accessibility. You will also read a couple of articles on the Web Aim web site. This website and group behind it is located at Utah State University, and has a national reputation for it's work with training corporations and schools on how to build accessible web sites. We will explore accessibility more as you get some more web experience, but this will give you some great background.
