Instructions - Copy & Paste

  1. Copy the URL for the YouTube video you want to embed.
  2. Go back to your Canvas page.
  3. Paste the url on the Canvas page where you want the video to display.
  4. Hit ENTER.
  5. You can replace the name of the video that YouTube uses (SEE BELOW).

Instructions - Embed Code

  1. Go to the tab with your YouTube video displayed.
  2. Click the Share link under the video.
  3. Click the Embed link.
  4. Copy the code provided in the expanded box and paste the code into the 2014-06-11_15-58-23.png of your Canvas page.
  5. OPTIONAL: Choose to turn of the suggested videos at the end of the videos you have chosen.
  6. OPTIONAL: Choose to enable 'Privacy Mode'. (Enabling this option means that YouTube won’t store information about visitors on your web page unless they play the video.)
