This is an example of a 100% online, self-paced course.
The goal for this course is to help you create a personal fitness program. The lessons will introduce you to fitness principles and the components of a healthy and safe fitness plan. You will create a workout program that fits your lifestyle and, more important, that you will truly enjoy. By the time you complete this course, you will have everything you need to continue your healthy lifestyle.
